Privacy notice

When you contact WBS Real Estate, request a viewing, submit a property, or join the Buyer Club, we collect the details you enter, including your name, phone number, optional email, property requirements, and message.

WBS uses that information to respond to your inquiry, understand your requirements, and manage property-related follow-up. Inquiry information is stored in WBS's private administration dashboard and is not displayed publicly.

WBS may work with property owners and relevant partners to identify suitable options, but your contact details should not be shared outside the process without an appropriate reason and your permission where required.

To request access, correction or deletion of your contact information, reach WBS through the contact details shown on this website. Data is retained only as reasonably needed to manage the inquiry and relevant business records, subject to applicable requirements.

This is an operational privacy notice template. WBS should have its final policies and any applicable consent requirements reviewed before public launch.
